The injection of air gives rise to a water-air exchange and thus to the oxygenation of the concerned surface. The energy efficient FORCE 7 motor generates extremely fine micro-bubbles which optimize the dissolution of oxygen. This motor is designed to allow for a direct connection to an ozone or pure oxygen generator. It is ideal for oxygenation during storage.
The transfer of the water volume in the basin favours an optimized distribution of dissolved oxygen.
The injection of air and therefore oxygen allows a transfer of gases dissolved in water (nitrogen, ammonia ...), to the air. The degassing process reduces the formation of gaseous pockets detrimental to the product.
The currents limit the formation of different thermal strata, generally influencing the metabolism of marine products. A homogeneous volume of water in temperature and oxygen is created, thus enabling the storage of all aquaculture products.

The forcing of water into the air (water jet) ensures a water-air exchange and an immediate increase in the concentration of oxygen in the water, with reduced energy consumption. Various models have been developed to cover different water volumes.
The SPLASH and the SPRINT provide excellent vertical and horizontal circulation without causing any bottom erosion whatsoever. It also promotes destratification.

The 1.5 hp motor assembly produces a 3m high water jet. This triggers a thermal exchange and a calorie loss in the water. The temperature can drop by 3 or 4°C making investments in a refrigeration installation unnecessary.

Artificial holding ponds are functional only if several parameters are met. Among these, oxygenation is paramount. This function is performed by the SKIM and results directly from the generation of micro-bubbles under pressure which bring optimum oxygen dissolution in the water.
This is the primary function performed by the SKIM. The efficiency of the system results from a water-air exchange through the generation of micro-bubbles under pressure with a sub-micron filtration capacity. This means that all suspended matter – right down to micro-organisms (bacteria etc.) – is trapped in the extracted foam (specificity of the INNOPURE® technology).). The SKIM achieves a treatment throughput of 100 m3 /hour. It can alone treat 7.5 tons of shellfish in 24 hours.
If efficient purification is to be achieved, it is essential to treat the entire volume of water in the pond. To do this, a strong current is used to bring sedimented matter to be re-suspended and directed towards the SKIM. Thanks to its geometry (suction and 45-degree discharge), the SKIM system is perfectly suited for this function. In certain situations, we supplement this current pattern with the installation of a relay water circulator.
The SKIM is characterized by the simplicity of its maintenance. In fact, since it has no filters, maintenance is limited to cleaning the foam collector and the plexiglass cone. A water supply connected directly to the cone is sufficient to maintain the SKIM in perfect working order. No filter clogging is possible with the SKIM.

Product holding ponds are viable only if a number of parameters are met. Like the SKIM, the PROTOS oxygenates the holding pond and the products (based on the INNOPURE® technology). Thanks to its dual gravity return (Ø90), the PROTOS better distributes the treated and oxygenated water.
Working on the same principle as the SKIM, filtration is the primary function performed by the PROTOS. All suspended matter – down to micro-organisms (bacteria etc.) – is trapped by the micro-bubbles (specificity of the INNOPURE® technology) generated by the water-air exchange. The PROTOS is now establishing itself on the market as an alternative for smaller businesses without the space for the SKIM.
Positioned outside the pond, the PROTOS is not directly immersed and offers the possibility of connecting the treatment system to multiple ponds by means of an adapted hydraulic circuit.

Just like the SKIM, the ECOMIX ensures the oxygenation of the storage pond. Thanks to its gravity return, the ECOMIX favors the diffusion of the dissolved oxygen.
Also characterized by micro bubbling, the ECOMIX removes all suspended matter up to micro-organisms (bacteria, etc.) They are trapped by the micro-bubbles generated by the water-air exchange.
Widely used for fish ponds, the ECOMIX can be connected to several ponds up to a given water volume.

The BRIO circulator is a virtually permanent complement to a SKIM or PROTOS installation. In fact, it is a real relay both in terms of mixing the water and facilitating the extraction of pollutants (displacement of sediments or suspended matter). It thus prevents the creation of any dead zones.
The BRIO displaces the mass of water in the pond and provides:
• Effective distribution of the dissolved oxygen supplied by the SKIM or ECOMIX
• Effective distribution of temperature throughout the pond
• A throughput of 130 m3 /h (1T)
The RIO range has been designed to provide more current pattern options.

It is essential to have uniform circulation if filtration of the total mass of water is to be achieved. The complementarity between the filtration system and the current pattern provides an optimal treatment solution. The RIO is ideal for substantial volumes of water.
It displaces the mass of water in the pond and constantly distributes both the dissolved oxygen and the temperature (where thermal regulation is present). It is a true filtration booster.
